Bayern Munich Target Bournemouth Forward Eli Junior Krouri Amid Injury Crisis
A wave of injuries affecting players such as Ismael Saibari, Serge Gnabry, Luis Diaz, and Jamal Musiala has raised concerns at Bayern Munich, with the club no longer ruling out reinforcements in the upcoming winter transfer window. According to the Daily Mirror, the Bavarian giants have expressed interest in signing 20-year-old Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Krouri.
The French youngster, capable of playing across both flanks, as a central striker, or as an attacking midfielder, has recently recovered from a leg injury that sidelined him at the end of last season and limited him to just 35 minutes across three appearances this term. However, that setback does not overshadow his impressive debut Premier League campaign, where he netted 13 goals. Any potential move will require Bayern to fend off heavy competition from Barcelona, PSG, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Liverpool, alongside navigating tough negotiations with the English club, who are reluctant to sanction a sale in January.
